Description:

We are looking for a Property Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable department and support financial operations for a large commercial real estate client. The role involves managing rent payments, processing and monitoring incoming transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

We will trust you to:

Processing and verifying tenants' sales reports

Cash application

Handling bank transactions and accounting entries

Generating financial reports and AR statements

Managing rent payments and accounts receivable for real estate

Ensuring accurate invoicing for rent

Communicating with tenants about overdue payments and dispute resolution

Tracking financial transactions related to properties (deposits, rent payments, late fees, etc.

Requirements:

• 0-2 year of experience in Accounting;

• Proficiency in English is mandatory

• Customer service orientation;

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

• Energetic, active, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
