We are looking for a Freelance HR Support Specialist to assist our team with various HR administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents for new hires and departing employees (excluding payroll processing)
  • Verifying documentation for non-Polish employees
  • Updating employee records
  • Monitoring deadlines for medical examinations and mandatory training
  • Verifying leave records
  • Assisting in the organization of employee events (coordination, meetings, gift arrangements for occasions like Women's Day, holidays, etc.)
  • Supporting guest visits
  • (Optional) Assisting in recruitment for accounting and finance roles (subject to a separate agreement)

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Knowledge of Polish labor regulations is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Availability to work 8 hours once or twice a month on-site in Poznań (Grunwald)
  • Flexibility for occasional ad hoc support via phone or Teams
