We are looking for a Freelance HR Support Specialist to assist our team with various HR administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents for new hires and departing employees (excluding payroll processing)
- Verifying documentation for non-Polish employees
- Updating employee records
- Monitoring deadlines for medical examinations and mandatory training
- Verifying leave records
- Assisting in the organization of employee events (coordination, meetings, gift arrangements for occasions like Women's Day, holidays, etc.)
- Supporting guest visits
- (Optional) Assisting in recruitment for accounting and finance roles (subject to a separate agreement)
Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of Polish labor regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work 8 hours once or twice a month on-site in Poznań (Grunwald)
- Flexibility for occasional ad hoc support via phone or Teams
